In this lecture, Dr. Stefania Serafin will give an overview of the different possibilities provided by the intersection of VR/AR and music, including virtual reality musical instruments, augmented reality for music museums and technologies for learning how to play and interact with a musical instrument. Furthermore, she will also set examples of how technology helps to connect people who are located in different places by making music together while being physically apart.
